Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans do change and unexpected events can arise, however as an accommodation provider it is of critical importance that we are given adequate notice of our guests booking intentions. While we endeavour to be as flexible as possible when it comes to booking changes our standard policy is as follows: Cancellation, postponement or booking amendment requests must be confirmed in writing or by email.
For stays less than 7 days, the full amount of your original booking is payable. For stays longer than 7 days, any refund is at the discretion of the property management.
In the event of cancellation or postponement we require at least 7 days notice in order to refund your deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will attract a 25% administration fee applied to any approved refund.
Electronic Mail
Electronic Mail sent to Sinclairs Bondi is transmitted by the Internet. Transmission by the Internet cannot be guaranteed as totally secure. Please do not transmit any confidential information to the company via Electronic Mail. If you wish to provide confidential information to Sinclairs Bondi, please contact us by telephone.
Booking System
We provide the booking system for your convenience. We have implemented security features ot ensure that the details provided are as secure as possible which include the use of SSL encryption (the lock on the bottom of your browser). We also remove your payment details from your supplied booking information for your protection. We believe these measures are equal to most industry practices, but like many other booking systems, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
